Fosse is one of the most successful shopping parks in the country, attracting 11 million visitors each year. Thanks to its proximity to the M1 it is also one of the most accessible.

The park boasts over 30 retailers, including M&S, Primark, Next, River Island, Office, JD Sports, Pandora and Boots.

Fosse is located 3 miles south west of Leicester City Centre, adjacent to the A563 Leicester Orbital Ring Road and the A5460 Narborough Road, which is the principle arterial link road between the city centre and the M1 motorway.

Junction 21 of the M1 motorway is half a mile to the west, providing easy north/south access , and also represents the northern end of the M69 motorway, providing access to the West Midlands.
